At JT KOREA, we are committed to providing authentic Korean cosmetic products. Please review our return policy carefully before making a purchase.
1. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging
The product must be in resalable condition
Proof of purchase is required
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please contact:
Returns must be requested and approved before being sent back.
Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or refunded.
Once approved, return instructions will be provided via email.
3. Return Shipping Fee
A flat return shipping fee of $15 per order applies.
There is no restocking fee.
The $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
Original outbound shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
4. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.
The $15 return shipping fee will be deducted from the total refund.
Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling
Final sale or promotional clearance items (if applicable)
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence.
We will review the case and provide a replacement or full refund if applicable.
7. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
If you wish to replace an item, please return the original item and place a new order.
